An excellent Diet to overcome Both Type 1 and Type two Diabetes!
I have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes for over ten years ago. And I’ve lived approximately 2 years without insulin, with regular blood glucose levels, by changing my diet and exercising more. Here’s a great example of the diet with that I managed to overcome diabetes!
An ideal diet plan for diabetes: Breakfast
Among the favorites of mine diabetic friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with nuts and fruits. However, not any of them!! I choose natural, unsweetened whole cereals, for instance several of Nature’s Path products, or simply soaked or little by little cooked oatmeal, spelt, millet or buckwheat. For milk, I go for organic and unsweetened soy milk (Natur-a or So nice), or perhaps I make the personal milk of mine, with soaked almonds, rice, sesame, soy, or else. Never ever will I work with cow or animal milk, as it’s not destined for adults, especially not adults of other species.
What make those cereals delicious are the fruits and nuts I include. On the evening, I soak dried fruits (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), as well as about 2-3 of each of the nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, and chia seeds. All materials are raw and organic. On summer time, I naturally up the fresh fruit.
On the early morning, I include the cereals as well as milk, and some powder of psyllium, and then spices if desired, ginger, carob powder, cinnamon, or else. The outcome is absolutely delicious, nutritious, and my glucose levels level is invariably common within 2 hours after I try to eat this.
A perfect diet plan for diabetes: Lunch
The favorite diabetic-friendly lunch of mine is a thorough salad. This salad usually has a handful of diverse types of finely chopped greens, for example kale-broccoli-parsley, or arugula-dandelion-basil, or maybe lettuce-chive-coriander, otherwise.
Then it has a handful of finely cut vegetables as well as fruit, for instance carrots-mushrooms-tomatoes, or maybe apple-onion-carrots, as well as zucchini-mushroom-black olives red pepper, or even banana-orange-strawberry (especially delectable with basil and glucotrust medical reviews – www.ekemoon.com – arugula) etc, according to what is in the refrigerator and your taste.
