A perfect Diet to overpower Both Type one and Type two Diabetes!
I’ve been identified as having type 1 diabetes for more than ten years ago. And I’ve lived over 2 years with no insulin, with normal blood sugar levels, by changing my diet and exercising more. Here’s a good example of the diet with which I was able to overcome diabetes!
An ideal diet for diabetes: Breakfast
Among the favorites of mine diabetic-friendly breakfast is a bowl of cereals with nuts & fruits. Although not any of them!! I opt for natural, unsweetened whole cereals, for example some of Nature’s Path solutions, or simply soaked or little by little prepared oatmeal, spelt, buckwheat or millet. For milk, I choose unsweetened and organic soy milk (Natur-a or maybe So nice), or perhaps I make the personal milk of mine, with soaked almonds, rice, sesame, soy, otherwise. Never will I work with cow or maybe animal milk, as it is not destined for adults, particularly not adults of another species.
What help make those cereals delicious are the dry fruits and nuts I include. On the evening, I soak dried fruits (apple, cranberries (no sugar), cherries, blueberries, goji berries, apricots, etc), and also about 2 3 of each of those nuts: almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, pine nuts, and chia seeds. All materials are raw and organic. On summer, I obviously add more fresh fruit.
On the morning, I include the cereals as well as milk, and several powder of psyllium, after which spices if desired, ginger, carob powder, cinnamon, or else. The result is absolutely delicious, nutritious, and my glucose levels level is always common within two hours after I take in this.
An ideal diet for diabetes: Lunch
The favorite diabetic friendly lunch of mine is a comprehensive salad. This salad always has a few diverse kinds of finely chopped greens, for instance kale-broccoli-parsley, or maybe arugula-dandelion-basil, or lettuce-chive-coriander, otherwise.
