Obesity is now an international epidemic.  USA is the most obese Country of the world, and my country, Australia, is rapidly catching up with the states.  Also, of a lot more concern is the growing number of children that are obese that are thinking that food that is fast is a regular way to take in.

A little about myself, I am a middle aged fellow, 36 years old.  Large boned, I have found I have consistently struggled with my weight and body image.  I like the meals like many people, and I am a vegetarian too, did I point out I love beer also? : (.

So anyway, I made a decision to join the gym as I’ve lifted some weights in earlier years and enjoyed it, I am large boned plus I are likely to increase muscle simple and easy so that’s a good thing, always must grab the positives that you’ve been given.  Throughout the years I’ve been on tons of different diet programs, but hardly ever caught with’t hem in the long term.  I do not like the term diet plan also I don’t like the mental damage it can to just one that wishes to lose weight.  Diet conjures up all types of photos of starving yourself on ridiculous and weird meal combinations, it tends to make you think that you’re intending to place yourself through some form of food boot camp and also you can not anymore eat the foods you love eating.
